Banana Yoghurt Smoothie with cinnamon

Yeah today so hot that's why I made this banana yoghurt ....

Ingredients :
  • 1.5 cups fresh milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt or plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 5 ice cubes.

How to do :

In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend at medium speed 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
