Ingredients :
- Fresh Brocolli
- 150ml milk
- 50gr cheese
- 1 Tsp corn flour
- 1 Tsp margarine
- sugar
- pepper
- salt
Instruction :
- Wash and trim brocolli , and cut into spears. Cook broccoli covered in a small amount of water about 5 minutes or until crisp tender and drain. Put aside.
- Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat. Blend in corn flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Return to low heat, stirring constantly, until beginning to boil. Add cheese and continue to stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Add salt, sugar, and pepper. Pour over cooked vegetables just prior to serving. Sprinkle with paprika.
