Ingredients :
- 1.5 cups fresh milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup vanilla yoghurt or plain yoghurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 5 ice cubes.
How to do :
In blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover; blend at medium speed 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
